Operation Pillar of Defense

During Operation Pillar of Defense, over half of Israel's population came under the range of rockets from Gaza. Citizens towards the South of the country, in particular, spent many hours inside shelters, unable to live their normal lives.

During this challenging period, a number of CTL volunteers travelled tom Be'er Sheva and surrounding towns in order to entertain children in shelters, show solidarity with those under fire and contribute as best they could towards the national effort.
