Is There a Mitzva to Eat Matza the Entire Holiday of Pesach?

Matza: Symbol of Servitude, Redemption, or Both?

There are many halakhic indicators, as we shall see, that matza is both the bread of servitude and the bread of redemption. Why are there two foods to symbolize the redemption – matza and the Pesach offering; and why are there two foods to symbolize the servitude – matza and maror?
